Customized Products
Due to the nature of our business, all our products are customized specifically for each customer. As a result, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for customized items. However, we do make exceptions in the following cases:
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it or offer a refund under the following conditions:
– You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the damaged or defective product.
– You must provide proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
– The product must be unused and in its original condition, apart from the reported damage or defect.
Incorrect Customization
If the product you receive does not match the customization details you provided (e.g., incorrect text, color, or design), we will offer a replacement or refund under the following conditions:
– You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the incorrect product.
– You must provide proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the incorrect customization.
– The product must be unused and in its original condition.
Non-Customized Products
For non-customized products, we accept returns and provide refunds under the following conditions:
– You must notify us within 5 days of receiving the product.
– The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
– You must provide proof of purchase.
Return Process
To initiate a return or request a refund, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service team at support@ribbonwala.com within the applicable time frame (5 or 7 days).
2. Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and photographic evidence if applicable.
3. Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the product.
Return Shipping
– For damaged, defective, or incorrectly customized products, Ribbonwala will cover 50% of the cost of return shipping.
– For returns of non-customized products, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
– If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
– If rejected, we will provide a detailed explanation.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly customized. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at support@ribbonwala.com.
